Vilanculos Canoe Safaris
Vilanculos Canoe Safaris offer professional canoe safaris in the Govuro Wetlands, a wetland system fed by the Govuro Spring River. Guests are collected from their accommodation in town and driven 30kms west of Vilankulo, where they will be paddled down 2kms of the crystal clear freshwater river. Enjoy either a morning or sunset trip. The sunset trip offers a beautiful sunset view as well as the appearance of fireflies among the reeds and thousands of stars, while the morning trip offers an abundance of flowers and crystal clear water.
