Guest Houses Palmeiras Lodge in Vilanculos is a beautiful lodge in the charming town of Vilanculos. It is located a short distance from the Beach. Palmeiras offers two types of accommodation; Dormitory, (self-catering basis) and Chalets on Bed and breakfast basis. The lodge is set in a gorgeous garden setting which is ideal for vacationers to relax in peace. There are 5 chalets each with ensuite bathrooms. One of the chalets is a family unit with interleading bedrooms.  Each chalet has ceiling fans and hot showers, hammocks placed on a private balcony. The bedrooms have mosquito nets.

The dormitories can accommodate up to 10 guests on single beds. Self-catering facilities are available, a kitchenette, barbecue area, and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped.  The lodge provides bed linen and towels. There is a bar and restaurant plus lounge area. Guests have wifi access and there is a swimming pool for guests’ recreation. Chalet guests can request for additional meals to be prepared for them at an extra cost.
Guests can shop for provisions in town, groceries, bottled water, and fresh food from the local market. Leisure activities to do in the area include diving, kite surfing, whale watching, and snorkeling, curio shopping in the local market and camel beach tours.
