Camping Self Catering Sunset Beach Lodge Mozambique is a privately-owned beach lodge located next to the small village of Chidenguele ± 60 km north of Xai-Xai Mozambique.

Our self-catering accommodation and camping sites are nestled against the dunes and hidden amongst a variety of indigenous trees, offering both beautiful sea breaker views and sought-after privacy.

Few exclusive but affordable getaways in Mozambique combine the scenic variety of beaches and lakes with a range of leisure activities, various types of accommodation and a fully licensed Restaurant and Bar. This combination is a key ingredient of the Sunset Beach Lodge experience.

The ‘light footprint’ development provides a range of leisure activities such as whale watching that starts around mid-June to the end of October. Amongst the main activities are shore fishing, kayak fishing, swimming & snorkeling in the safe and clear sea waters or cooling down in our stunning infinity pool. Various water sport activities such as water skiing, kite surfing, paragliding, surfing, and jet skiing can be also be arranged.
The area is home to an abundance of cultural sites and a bird watcher’s paradise.
